The traditional trade show and conference model of today can be characterised as multiple global suppliers of products or services in a defined business sector (i.e., construction, gaming, healthcare, financial services, travel, telecoms etc.), travel from a wide variety of globally diverse locations to a faraway city hosting the trade fair or conference. On site the companies temporarily build their own branded booths/environments within the physical exhibition space, before taking it down again after the event is finished. Over the course of the event, the buyers of the products and services walk around the halls of the trade show hoping to find the product or service they need or to discover innovations that they can use in their own business. There are multiple inefficiencies here; not just financially, but on people’s time and on our global carbon footprint. If we started today, we would simply never create this model.

So, what would the future model of B2B events look like if we built it today? Introducing The RendezVerse, the world’s first digitally based environment, designed specifically for the needs of the global exhibitions, conferences and corporate events industries. Token Ecosystem

The use cases of the NGAGE Token
1. Buy Land

RendezVerse will have a VR 200,000 square meter convention space. NGAGE will be used to buy land.

2. Buy Assets

The NGAGE Token can be used to buy assets in the RendezVerse.

The assets can include stands, venues, designer accessories and advertising media space.

3. Rent Assets

Exhibitors will be required to use NGAGE to pay for advertising campaigns, product placements and in-event marketing.

4. Buy Advertising

Mirroring real-world events, exhibitors will need to rent space and stands. These purchases will be made using the NGAGE token.

5. Buy Services

There will be a range of service providers in the RendezVerse Market Place. Service providers will include VR content creators, avatar designers, stand setups, advertising campaign setups and promo people. These services will be paid for using NGAGE.

6. Buy Meetings (Meet2Earn)

Sellers who wish to have pre-arranged meetings with relevant buyers will need to acquire NGAGE tokens to pay for them.

Unlike play2earn metaverses that issue new tokens to players for participating,  RendezVerse requires that exhibitors purchase NGAGE for use in its Meet2Earn program. “Buy Meetings” revenue is split between RendezVerse as an introduction fee and the Buyer as an incentive for attending the meeting.

7. Staking

Another way of  earning is passive income is by staking. NGAGE holders will be able to stake tokens for fixed staking periods of three to twelve months.  The returns will range 8% to 12% depending on the period.

RendezVerse NFTs

In the RendezVerse, several assets that yield revenue will be tokenised and made available to investors. The common denominator is that the NFT’s are hired or utilised by exhibitors for the duration of the events they attend.

They will be in four categories:
1. Land

Made up by subdividing the 200,000 square metre exhibition hall into NFT plots. These plots can be bought fractionally and will return a yield based on future income streams.

2. Venues in the RendezVerse Plaza

These are specialist spaces/enclosed venues that offer the ability to host gatherings of people. Imagine the sort of venues that sit alongside all the trade show venues in Vegas. Two  examples of Plaza Venues are:

  • The RendezVerse town hall(s)- A place where organisations and corporations can hold virtual gatherings in the metaverse.
  • RendezVerse Speakers Corner- a venue that can be hired by people who want to have a platform to speak and invite a crowd.
3. Accessory NFT’s

Within the RendezVerse business model, companies will rent standard booths and Plaza Venues, with standard fittings in a basic package. We will offer RendezVerse exhibitors the ability to personalise their space. We plan to collaborate with well-known furniture and interior designers and artists. These creators can make a limited inventory of desirable furniture, artwork, and other items available for sale. The designer objects will allow those exhibitors who want to stand out from their competition the opportunity to personalise their space by hiring accessory NFTs.

4. RendezAd

There will be a significant demand for advertising within the RendezVerse. A dynamic advertising platform will be developed to serve advertisements in advertising media spaces within the exhibition hall. The advertising platform will allow media planners to plan and execute various campaigns. Marketing for awareness building to targeting key prospects.
