It’s been a busy couple of months, from new products and platforms to events attended and in the pipeline, full steam ahead.

Where to begin? First up and for the eagle eyed, you will have noticed a new website, updated as we head into a new phase with sales on the agenda. With a clear roadmap in place our products have been refined with the notable inclusion of RV Central.

RV Central:

Planned for Q3 2023, RV Central is the perfect solution for companies that want to improve their site inspection sales conversions. Ownership groups and chains can achieve better sales conversions with significantly fewer staff. With a centralised application that manages the site inspection process and sales staff located remotely. RV Central allows its users to win more business, better manage their sales team and solve staff shortages.

Features include:

Allocate incoming requests to next available sales rep or property specific sales rep
Reassign sales reps if availability changes
Integration with sales rep calendar
Integration with your CRM applications
Record meetings for training purposes
Meeting transcripts emailed and/or populated into CRM
Analytics available

Mobile App:

After successful testing and great feedback from TFEST, we are extremely close to launching our Mobile App for RV Xplore. Available on IOS and Android, the RV Xplore App will allow meeting participants to interact with each other as they would in a real-world setting, using a headset enclosure, or simply with a phone or tablet for an immersion level that suits them. We are in final testing stages, opening RendezVerse to the masses as we await advances in the wearables market.

Out and about:

We had a successful outing at TFEST, showcasing a first look at the Mobile App and a guided tour through what is possible with RendezVerse, to an educated audience delivering extremely advantageous feedback. The roadshow doesn’t end there however as we are preparing to visit IBTM Barcelona, the leading global event for the meetings, incentives, conferences and events industry.
